Meet Becca,

I’ve been a health coach and personal trainer for 5+ years. It all started with my own personal journey of growing up with super painful periods every month. In high school I would end up in the nurses office every month with severe cramps. I thought my only option was birth control so I went on it for 4 years, only to find out that it did not actually fix my hormone problems, but just masked the symptoms. So when I came off everything came back and worse. I had painful periods, was exhausted all the time, constantly felt bloated, hormonal acne…and ultimately just didn’t feel like myself. I went to my doctor and my labs came back “normal”, I was told this was just part of being a woman. I didn’t take no for an answer, I tried diet after diet searching for an answer. Once I dove more into female physiology, how nutrition and metabolism impact hormones everything started to click. I began to heal naturally and my symptoms were finally getting better after 4 years of seeing different doctors and holistic practitioners. Now I help women take a metabolic healing approach to hormone balancing. I help women ditch the restrictive dieting lifestyle and understand how to fuel their body based on hormonal changes throughout the month. I run a 6 month 1:1 coaching program, small group coaching and have self paced courses.
