Sarah is another top fighter within ITF Taekwon-Do. She is a World Champion and a 3x European Champion. She was also part of the first senior female team to win World and European gold for Ireland in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Today I chat to Sarah about some of these achievements as well as her goals for the future.
