On this episode, Colin and Brent chat with Shea Boland, a personal trainer and men's coach based in Austin, TX. Shea's story starts off rough, with the hurdle of a heavy drug addiction holding him back from advancing forward. Later on, having beaten that initial hurdle and moved on to a restaurant management job, he decided to take the next step forward: self-employment.
Shea is passionate about the human mind's health within today's society, and he shares Colin's love of fitness. Those are the things that made him a successful personal trainer and men's coach, with the goal of improving the mental and physical performance of his clients. At the end of the day, your Tribe is your life force, your friends and family are the energy that sustains you, and it's absolutely fantastic to hear what people who have dedicated themselves to that mentality have to say.
Please enjoy our chat with Shea Boland.
