We don't often know we are doing it and here are some key things to look out for:
Why do we stay stuck in the fine because we are stuck in our fight or flight response? Cortisone levels are through the roof, we are on autopilot, get her done mode. Don't have the bandwidth to make decisions or to recognize that something is wrong.
The first step in the toolbox is to lower your cortisone levels and balance your brain and gut health. This brings focus, clarity, enhanced mood, and energy the right kind that doesn't bring crashes or jitters. This was the secret for me to invest in myself so I could show up better for my kids, and career, and start giving my best YES. This brought balance to all areas of my life.
