We have a lot to owe to the Guard and Reserve Service members for the sacrifices they make for our Country. What can we do as a community to help them?

Cindy Reese is the Idaho Chair of the  Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). The ESGR is a government organization established to promote cooperation and understanding between service members and their civilian employers. Reese talks about what the ESGR is doing to support service members in the workforce, and the changes the world has undergone since the organization was founded in 1972.
