This week on Birdies, we are talking about lessons and how they change the game with one swing, injuries on the course, nutrition, excuses, and much more.  This is a down a dirty look at all of them and how it can change the game.

Also, we look at the upcoming season of the Tidewater Amateur Tour and how we think I am going to fair.  As always, we talk about the wings, because we can't get enough.
