This is the second part of the 3 part series of the Pelley Family murders, or "The Prom Night Murders" In this second part, Ashlee discusses odd "evidence," shoddy police work, and mysterious links across state lines. After all of this... it won't be hard to see why Jeff was granted the evidentiary hearing. Only time will tell if this will lead him to a new trial or exoneration.
