On April 19, 1995, the nation was rocked with the most heinous act of domestic terrorism ever committed. 

Timothy McVeigh and his accomplice Terry Nichols carried out the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing that killed 169 people, injured 680 others, and destroyed one third of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.
