Waverly Hills Sanitorium was Kentucky's go-to hospital for those sick with Tuberculosis. A ginormous, self sufficent, city-like grounds was home to hundreds of people. Once you entered Waverly, you never left. The ghosts of those who lost their lives are still seen wandering the scenic ground to this day.
