In this episode, I’m speaking about something that’s been sitting heavy on my heart—those moments we were taught to brush off, laugh away, or accept as “just how things are,” even when they made us uncomfortable.


This isn’t about blaming or pointing fingers. It’s about awareness. About unlearning what was normalized. About realizing that certain comments, behaviors, and dynamics were never okay—even if we didn’t have the language or safety to name it at the time.


Healing has a way of opening our eyes gently… and sometimes all at once. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.


I’m sharing from my own lived experience, from a place of honesty—not as an expert, not as a guide for anyone else—but as someone still actively healing and finding her voice.
