Josh is the President & CEO of Ascend and has been with the company since early 2016. His responsibilities include managing operations, leading growth and strategy, and creating new business pathways in the community health technology space. Before Ascend, Josh started his career in data science and spent several years working within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security under multiple strategic initiatives, including acquisition and sustainment, human performance, predictive analytics, and bio-surveillance. He received his Master’s in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology and his Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Urbana University.
