Hello everyone! Its Wednesday morning, and that means that a new episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES is here!

Today, I had a great chat with Yvonne Hernandez. Yvonne is an Associate Director of Student Life & Leadership at San Diego State University, working specifically with Greek Life. Yvonne and I spent a while working together in Res Life at SDSU, at it was great to get time to catch up with her, hear all about her first year in her new position, and learn more about how she got to that place. We talked about the various challenges that face first generation college students, getting ones act together, working in the non-profit sector, as well as self-care for introverts, the joy and difficulties of running a marathon, and the fun of having crazy pets!
