There are three common business mistakes we all see a loy of people making. Some people only want to be their brand and not themselves. You see them all the time trying to sell their crap rather than trying to create relationships. Some people try to look bigger than they really are. Big businesses are in the customer service business, while small businesses are in the relationship business. Finally, people take it too far and share too much information. You can't be too personal or let your opinions create divisiveness.
