Iceland's best tour guide and one of my new favorite people, Baddi, join us on today's episode of the podcast. We actually weren't supposed to have Baddi as our tour guide, but we lucked out and he was gifted to us by the universe. Baddi is everything I love about Iceland and the Icelandic people. His knowledge and love of Iceland is something you don't get to be around and experience often.
We talk a little about the trip and how Baddi got into tour guiding. As well, we talk about some of the more health benefits of being outside, breath work, and just taking better care of yourself; taking the time to treat your body and mind better.
