I hope you are doing well and enjoying your summer. It's hard to believe that August is almost here! Before you know it Halloween will be here, and in honor of that we will be in costume next week! On the show this week is stand up comedian and freelance mma journalist, Nick Grinups. He's a good friend of the show and it's always fun to have him on. Also on the show for her first in studio appearance is mma fighter Dianna Karavas. She has an upcoming submission tournament this weekend and it was a super rad time with both of them in for a really cool conversation. Have a great weekend everyone!
