It's all too easy for kids today to identify themselves with "likes" on Instagram, the new cool shoes, their grade, the friends they hang out with, the house they live in or the label you or a teacher might have inadvertently given them - "He's such a SMART boy" or "She is such a GOOD student" or "He's my DREAMER or WILD child". Who does your child truly believe him/herself to be? What if you find that their sense of being is attached to these external things?
