In this episode, I talk about how I ascended a customer to gutter guards accidentally.  I make the following points:

• Not every opportunity is going to present itself in a predictable manner
• We've got to think on our feet in sales as well as in our servicing of our customers' homes
• If we are always prepared, then when our time comes we will be able to rise to the occasion
