Today I was taught that leadership doesn't have to be a massive event.

It can be something as simple as reminding someone to stick to their routine.

It can be getting someone just to the next step, it doesn't have to be putting someone on a whole new path.

Also, I was notified by one of the agents that has taken my challenge to get a podcast up and running that she has her first episode up and live.

She told me by saying, "OMG! I've got a Podcast on Spotify!"

You have no idea how satisfying this is to me. And to say that I am proud would be an understatement.
