My guest, LRH from Sydney, dreamed of meeting a business investor who invited her to take some free corporate gifts, some pencils and erasers.

They stood looking at a range of swimming pools, each with a different temperature or feeling, when suddenly, to her complete shock, the investor pushed her in the deep end of one of them. He then offered her an outstanding deal over a prestige property, and she was keen but somehow her thoughts kept going back to the pencils and erasers. What does it all mean?
