Having the privilege of educating people is not an effortless job to pursue. It demands an extensive amount of rigor and tenacity in order for the educator to understand the ins and outs of a particular subject matter, all the while necessitating the characteristics of being empathetic and patient with the intention of passing the knowledge from one person to another. Hence, being in the domain of academe carries the responsibility of enlightening the minds of the youth who are going to lead the nation someday and cultivating their mindset of being lifelong learners.
