We tell you about the first of our four Fruit personalities, Apple, in this episode because they're the most impatient and as soon as they've learned about themselves, probably won't listen to anything else.

Remember:

• no one can just be one Fruit – we are way too complicated. We may have a preference but unless we are really extreme we can work in all four quadrants
• this is pop psychology so don’t get too stitched  up about it - it's mean to be fun
• we talk in terms of extreme behaviour because it’s easier to remember those traits whether we’re looking at ourselves or others.
