Dominic is an experienced senior NHS leader with a track record of success in delivery results and building diverse, strong and highly motivated teams. He has significant national and local experience of successfully delivering on major, novel, high impact and sometimes contentious projects in partnership with key stakeholders, often in challenging environments such as organisations in turnaround situations. Most recently he has led the NHS’s temporary staffing programme which has reduced agency cost by £1.2bn (a third) in 3 years.

• Working with temp agencies and not against them helped to build a better bank of staff
• Pay wasn’t the biggest driver to wanting to work via an agency - there were other factors that made more of a difference, which helped shape an improved bank offer
