Most people can tell when you aren’t being authentic.

This is true of relationships, business and most interactions you have.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in worrying about what we assume others may think about us, that we don’t even focus on the person we are speaking to. What a lost opportunity!

If you feel like you fall into this category, don’t beat yourself up. Just take it as a sign that you may have some growing to do. What an opportunity!

If you want to “impress” others, be engaged and genuinely present with them. Give them true focus, they will feel that - and so will you.
