Brian Davis joins Chad Van Handel in the Utalk studio to discuss his real estate journey. After going on a buying spree during the Great Recession, Brian took a step back to focus on generating solid long-term cash flow across his 11 units. He has also recently pivoted to owning and managing AirBnB rentals. In addition to real estate, Brian is involved in various other entrepreneurial ventures.
