Jonathan Wright is a business operator with more than 25 years of operating experience, including as a Board Member, Founder and CEO of a technology-enabled health services company, and has been C-level legal and compliance executive of international highly technical software, healthcare, renewable resource and NASDAQ-listed biotechnology companies.

He has set up and maintained compliance programs to comply with among others the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He regularly speaks at industry and governmental conferences, including on panels before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He currently is a board member and advisor to several companies and is actively involved in the Private Directors Association.
