The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ despite being the prophet and messenger of Allah, made istighfar and tawbah over 70 times a day. He prayed through the night until his feet were swollen. Because even though the Prophet and his companions were promised paradise, they still feared the punishment of the hellfire. A balance of both encourages us to do good, and keeps us away from sin. This course analyzes and overviews the life and Sirah of the Prophet ﷺ and his companions, and how they set an example for us to better ourselves and our lives.
