Whether you're new to the personal development space or not, morning routines are often hailed as a pivotal part of your day if you want to be successful. Whilst this is true, it doesn't need to be a gruelling, awake-at-5am-and-needing-IV-coffee affair. Make your own life easier and happier. I share my own morning routine, which you can really change to suit yourself, lasting from five minutes to an hour or longer. Showing up for yourself in intentionally will never do any wrong!
