On November 24th 1971, whilst on a flight to Seattle Washington, a man who went by the name Dan Cooper calmly told stewardesses that he had a bomb in his briefcase and demanded $200,000 in cash and four parachutes. Soon after, he strapped the money to himself, put on his parachute, deployed the plane’s rear door and stairs and jumped. Dan Cooper was never seen or heard from again. Did he survive? How did he pull it off? Who is Dan Cooper? These are all questions we will be tackling in today’s podcast.
