This episode pulls out something I mentioned in the last (Episode 1)  and goes deeper into what I referred too was my second realisation that I’d  had years later during my teaching career.  That is how all Schools are not the same and success or failure for a teacher, at least, is down to their ability to fit into the mould set out by a school .  The episode goes onto question whether this is the same for children and a potential solution.
