Nicholas Policarpio has worked in the tech industry for the past 8 years and currently works as a Senior Sales Executive for a global software company (SAP) where he is proud to be a Mindfulness Ambassador. At SAP, Nicholas runs different conferences and facilitates ongoing sessions and workshops with the goal of building authentic workspaces that focus on the well-being of employees.

He facilitates at different retreats and festivals in South America, organizes and leads his own events in Barcelona, London and New York and runs 1.1 coaching sessions for individuals and corporates. He also partners with organizations, such as the Spanish non-profit Mindalia.com and Mindalia TV and the members' club Soho House, delivering conferences and workshops for them.
