We introduce our first ever guest - the lovely Louby - and discuss how we each fed our babies - a mix of breast and bottle between us all! A giggly little game of ‘WOULD YOU RATHER’ which leaves Sara red faced, finished off with talking about our post pregnancy bodies and how we feel there is pressure from society to look a certain way which somehow moves on to being ‘kind to oneself’!
