This week we chat with Emma Kerr, a PhD student at Flinders University in Australia studying the microbiome (the resident bacteria community) of elasmobranchs (sharks and rays). We dive into the usage of the word "craft" in regards to fiber arts, and which machines give us the most trouble, the ones in the lab or sewing machines.
