We are living in a society that promotes toxic positivism. The idea that we are supposed to live in an eternal state of happiness, and any emotion that is uncomfortable or painful, like fear, doubt, anger, jealousy, loneliness, sadness, etc.. are “the evil” or “the enemy” we are supposed to fight.
In this episode we explore how all emotions are part of the human experience, how they play a crucial role not only in our survival, but in our possibility to experience true happiness, and finally, how can we learn to process them in an adaptive way, specially the difficult ones.
