We talk to Eric Menk about his experiences as being an assistant coach and what his challenges were when he first started coaching after wrapping up a very successful playing career. We also tackle how it was playing in the early 2000s as a part of the first wave of Filipino-American players in the PBA. He also shares his reading list as well and his tips on how to be an effective story teller. He also gives tips for aspiring coaches, especially in the context of being an assistant coach.
