So often it is dictated to us how we SHOULD feel, what we SHOULD need, and how we SHOULD self-care. But as intuitive creatures who have the answers inside of ourselves, what would happen if we created space every day to actually listen to ourselves? What would happen if we started truly honoring our feelings and needs? What would happen if self-care became a daily practice instead of something we did only when we burned ourselves out?
