Last week I invited you to begin contemplating your place in the natural world, and why pleasure is the key to growing the seeds of love, beauty and intimacy already present inside you. This week and next I am going to lay out what creates a strong foundation.  A strong foundation will give you sustenance to draw on–you can think of this as making the ground of your body and soul fertile and ready to grow your dream seeds.
