Welcome to Morgan’s Cult Comics, a podcast that is a deep dive through the comics of the 80s and 90s. This is when I really started collecting comics and also when I really started making them too! Each week, I’ll be picking out some of unknown gems and cult favourites those eras have to offer, and taking an in-depth look at what makes them worthy of being a cult comic in my eyes.
This week, I’m looking at classic comic, GROO THE WANDERER created by the legend that is Sergio Aragonés. We’ll be taking a really good look at the very first issue of GROO, published all the way back in 1982.
Joining me again this week to learn more about comic and cartoon history is ELIZA-MARIAH - welcome! Ready to read more comics?
