How can I support my loved one who is grieving? Great question! I get asked this question a lot. This is a difficult one to navigate. In this episode I share some of my experiences and the experiences of my clients on what was helpful and what was not. I share some tips on the 'Do's and Don'ts' when supporting loved ones. Now she helps others do the same.
