In this episode of Building Confidence, Amanda speaks with her assistant Eva Bilick, who moved from Boston to Los Angeles to pursue acting. 3,000 miles couldn't be that far...right? Eva talks about the bizarre and difficult transition from east coast to west coast, and how funny it is for a Boston girl to see fake snow on her neighbors' lawns in December. Later in the episode, they talk about how to gauge emotional wellbeing during times of change. Eva recounts an idea she had to count her emotions throughout the day, and how the absurdity helped put things in perspective.
