With the Multitude of distractions it has become increasingly difficult to do something which should be second nature considering its our goal and key focus.
As we know the things we WANT to do are no necessary the things we ACTUALLY do.
In this cases most of the time it is creating a better relationship with food and understanding the trigger points to look for food not aligned with our goal. We can create new associated habits to concur our battles.
