Knowing these skills will also greatly improve you personal relationships. Take a listen. We are reading the classic: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. This book is very long, very old, and very boring... at least in my opinion. All that aside, it has very valuable philosophies and psychology, and I highly recommend it.
