As a business owner, you have to know who you are talking to, who you are creating content for, and who you are offering your services to.  This ideal client avatar who you speak to is your business bestie, and your business bestie is somewhat a version of you. You need to know them intimately: their struggles, challenges, what they love, what keeps them up at night, to name a few. 

Most of my clients want to skip this crucial part in my coaching program, but this is the most powerful part of building your business.  It is a lot of work and a lot of reflection, but it will be worth doing this so that you can be a profitable business owner.
