This has caused a reduction in the use of cash for daily transactions and the growth of a digitally savvy population. Last year, the #AccesstoCash Review argued that digital solutions should be designed for everyone and recommended that the government, regulators and industry work together to solve specific #consumer needs, using inclusive design approaches.
