In Part 3 of 4 Ken talks about:

1.  A coach's spouse's role
2. Being fired
3. Coach Brickner's 3F Model for Success.

He relates how his wife adjusted to his role as a coach in the minor leagues, the sacrifices required and what affect being married to a coach has on a marriage. Kenny also answers the question "Have you ever been fired?" and talks a little about Dr. Brickner's 3F Model for Success.

Part 3 is shorter than the first two parts of the interview, but no less entertaining.
