In this episode we discuss the logistics around the creation of new athletic facilities, as well as, the logistics around maintaining those facilities with UK’s former Senior Associate AD, Russ Pear. Russ worked for Kentucky Athletics for 26 years and helped launch numerous new facilities throughout his career, including Nutter Field House, Kentucky Proud Park, Joe Craft Basketball Center, and more.  In addition, Russ also touches on the relationships with several well-known coaches and AD’s that he worked closely with throughout the years.
