With a childhood full of sport, and a fast scaling of the ladder at car dealerships, Mike began to run successful dealerships, petrol station and a signage company in Scotland. Following his career in the automotive industry, Mike became an ambassador for Enterprise Scotland and now coaches executives and entrepreneurs how to be a real leader and get the most out of their teams.
