In the second episode of Flip The Switch, I sit down with a good friend of mine, Tyler Hanson. Tyler is an entrepreneur at heart and has his hands in some amazing businesses. He currently is leading marketing development for a inc 5000 company, JJ Safety LLC as well as launching his own marketing company, PPC Foundry. Tyler has recently begun his journey of self-improvement and self-reflection. Through this journey, he has made realizations from how to be a better leader to, and most importantly, how to be a better man. Tyler discusses everything from what he believes has always pushed him to do better, but also what he has recently learned and put into practice. Tyler also touches on how it is important to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and physiologically in order to perform at your best. His Flip The Switch has become even more important recently and he is aware of the value it brings.

Tyler has a great perspective to offer when it comes to being an entrepreneur and how to achieve the level of success that he has sought out and always wanted to achieve. Through our discussion, we touch on imposter syndrome and how that can creep up on even the highest achievers.
