This is a hard episode for us - truly, editing and re-listening had us in tears - but we know it’s important to talk about these topics and experiences to show how we’ve worked through certain obstacles in our lives and become stronger because of them.
Growing up, both of us lived through traumatic experiences witnessing our loved ones go through mental health struggles. These experiences shaped us into who we are today and we never knew we had such similar upbringings until we started sharing our stories in this episode. Recorded on 9/12/2020.
