This week we sit down with the Magnolia Hatter herself, Ms. Mia Montero.

Mia is a creative that desires to invite you into whatever she is working on so that you will be able to connect instead of just observe. Mia is driven by her "why" and because of this, she is in a stage of learning: how to lead, how to make, how to not catch an apartment on fire, etc.
