The episode wherein I talk about my story but forget to mention my ongoing journey with my pelvic floor has me in a much better place with tools and ability but I still leak pee sometimes and I have a uterine prolapse and the spinal surgery I had was a 2-level fusion with laminectomy to correct degenerative disc spaces and stabilize the displaced/broken vertebra and decompress the spinal nerve roots that were being tortured.
